We have a wide range of high-pressure-capable valves, mostly rated to at least 40 MPa, suitable for a variety of different purposes. These are available as isolating valves, diverting valves and multi-valve manifolds, in barstock, forged and monoflange designs. The valve subassembly can be a needle valve, which can also act as a snubber or metering valve, or a ball valve which offers ¼-turn actuation and a roddable 10mm bore.

Needle Valve Types:
A1 inline isolating valve, male/female or female/female threads.
B1 right angled isolating valve
C1 inline forged isolating valve, rated 100 MPa.
D1 right angle forged isolating valve, rated 100 MPa
E1 Inline isolating valve with vent

Ball Valve Types:
Ball valves are available as a standard one-piece design or as a trunnion style for greater strength. The bore is 10mm.

BVA1 inline isolating ball valve.
BVB1 right-angled isolating ball valve.
BVC1 in-line isolating ball-valve with vent plug
BVD1 3-way single 90º diverting ball valve bottom entry
BVE1 3-way single 90º diverting ball valve side entry
BVF3 double block and bleed L-ported ball-valve manifold
BVG3 remote mount block and bleed manifold
BVH3 double block and bleed T-ported ball-valve manifold
BVJ1 3-way single 180º switching ball-valve bottom entry

Check valves:
CV rated 40 or 70MPa with soft seat.

Overpressure valve:
ILORP inline overpressure valve, shuts off when set pressure is exceeded. Setpoints to 40 MPa, line pressure to 60 MPa.
