| Pressure Controllers
Pressure controllers are components of precision calibration systems. Under local or external control, they generate and measure extremely precise reference pressures. Mostly these use oscillating quartz transducers for peak performance
D & H produce pressure calibration equipment to National Standard level, and can offer leading edge controllers in both absolute and gauge mode, for those users that demand the best.
The GPC1 is an industrial unit aimed at pressure sensor calibration systems. It is an absolute measurement device, with barometric compensation and atmospheric taring to provide true gauge outputs when required. Accuracy is 0,025% FS, with ranges to 10 MPa on gas.
The GPC3 is gas operated to 10 MPa, and allows sensors to have three sub ranges. Accuracy to 0,003% of range, and control stability to 0,001% put this controller at the top of the pile.
The GPS controller is hydraulic, for pressures to 100 MPa.
From Mensor, we have a range with a strong avionics component. Typical accuracies are 0,01% of range. Top of the line is the 8100 quartz pressure calibrator with multi-ranging. The 8204 is a dual channel controller for pressures <700 kPa. The 8201 is an avionics version optimised for ADTS.
The PCS400 is designed to be part of a computer controlled calibration system. |
