We operate a workshop well-equipped to service our products, and to calibrate them.

Servicing:
We service all the products we sell, but rarely those of competitors, due to problems with spare parts.

Pressure Gauges and Chemical Seals:
Our pressure gauges and seals are designed to be easily repaired, and we appreciate that our customers sometimes do not have the resources to do this, in spite of this being the best way of reducing lifetime costs. This work can be outsourced to us. A further benefit is that we are often able to determine the failure mode, and make recommendations to eliminate or ameliorate the problem.

Deadweight Testers:
Budenberg deadweight testers are so reliable that they often get neglected. We recommend that when recertification is due, the tester be returned to us so that the base can be properly serviced, and the measuring piston and weights checked and cleaned before being sent to a SANAS lab for certification. Obsolete Budenberg deadweight testers can be fitted with modern bases, where the weights and piston are still in good condition.

Sundry Calibration & Certification:
We keep primary pressure standards from 1,5 kPa to 60 MPa, as well as loop calibrators, maintained with SANAS certification. We can thus issue traceable calibration certificates on a wide variety of pressure instruments. We are not SANAS accredited.

Site Work:
We can arrange to take our pressure standards to site for calibration and certification in-situ.
