We distribute the Delta range of mechanical switches, supplied by Delta Controls Ltd in England. These are designed for process applications.

Pardon us for stating that most temperature switch enquiries are poorly specified. Our policy in such cases is to specify default values where no requirement has been stated, which puts the burden on the purchaser to advise us if our assumptions are incorrect.

Selecting a Temperature Switch:

Delta offers three product ranges:

Classic Range: Most flexibility, widest range of switches, best repeatability, calibrated scales, and widest temperature ranges. There are two model ranges available, one based on vapour/gas filled systems to 300ºC, the other based on liquid filled systems to 500ºC.

Sovereign Range: Lower cost, restricted scope.

Compact Range: Compact body, hermetically sealed switch capsule, good for corrosive atmospheres.

Because of the limited ranges which do vary across models, a specify range and over-temperature requirement may force you into a specific choice.
